Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
By using Eima, you agree to these terms. They're written to be fair and readable. If something isn't clear, just ask.
What Eima is
Eima is a productivity app that connects a todo list to a time-block calendar. It's currently in open beta, which means it's actively being developed. Features may change and occasional downtime may occur.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your credentials or let others use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Eima.
Your content
Everything you create in Eima — your tasks, sections, and schedule — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your data. We store it only to provide the service.
By using Eima, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the app on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Eima for anything illegal or harmful
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others
- Use automated tools to create accounts or generate excessive traffic
Availability
We aim to keep Eima available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. As an indie product in beta, scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may happen. We'll try to communicate planned outages in advance.
Paid plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll work something out.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
If we decide to shut down Eima, we'll give at least 30 days notice and offer a data export so you can keep your tasks.
Disclaimer of warranties
Eima is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be error-free. Use it as a productivity tool, but don't rely on it for anything mission-critical without your own backups.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eima is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
